You'll hear some tips from Dawn-Rae Gray, a lady who is very familiar with hosting events. From small spur-of-the-moment jackpots to larger added money jackpots and the Five Star Futurity. She is quick to recognize that hosting an event is a team effort. As she says, "It takes a village."
She has been hosting, attending and cheering on her fellow barrel racers at events from the time her kids were toddlers to teenagers. She is one of those ladies that hauls into the barrel racing with horses, kids and the cashbox! We were so happy to be able to chat with her on this episode.
